Can I give my agents access to the platform??

Are there any other fees?

Yes, you will be charged an onboarding fee of 20% of the yearly amount. Although most of our integrations to third party software are free, some do incur fees. Please contact our team for more informations.

How does the onboarding process work?

As soon as you partner with Traede, we’ll pair you up with your own dedicated Onboarding Manager to get you started. They’ll help you get up and running by importing all your products and customers, and configuring the platform to your needs. They will also train you, your team and your agents to use the platform.

What integrations do you offer?

We integrate with common ERP systems, as well as other systems, such as shipping providers. Our open API allows other systems to easily integrate with Treade.

Can I add more users or upgrade my package after I’ve signed up?

Yes, just contact your account manager and let them know. They'll add the required users or enable features and bill you from the date they're activated.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, our contracts have a binding period of 12 months. You can pay in monthly instalments, or annually. If you choose to pay annually, you’ll get a 20% discount.
